How This Report Is Built

  • Only campaigns named with the 'SMW' prefix are included — non-SMW/legacy campaigns are excluded from every number.
  • Paused campaigns with zero spend, clicks, impressions, and conversions over 30 days are excluded entirely.
  • Services are attributed at the ad-group level first (so a mixed campaign like 'CC/PPF' splits correctly between Ceramic Coating and PPF), falling back to the campaign name only when no ad group could be matched.
  • Performance Max campaigns are reported as their own 'PMax' line per account, using the underlying service detected from the campaign/ad-group name for the target CPA.
  • KPI pass/fail uses spend ÷ conversions only, compared against the SOP's per-vertical target CPA.
  • Current week = the 7 days ending yesterday; previous week = the 7 days before that; both are compared against the trailing 30-day view.
  • Change history covers the last 7 days across campaign, ad group, keyword, and budget-level edits.
  • Missing-campaign and missing-ad-group checks compare this week's activity against last week's for the same entity — they do not currently catch an entity deleted outright from the account, only one that's gone quiet.
  • This report and the account dashboard are generated from the same underlying weekly Google Ads API pull.
